Do you speak fluently German and English? Do you enjoy communication, but also excel and analyses are your strengths? We might have interesting opportunity for you to join international AR team. As AR Specialist you will take on the following tasks:
- Dealing with invoice discrepancies
- Communication with clients regarding unpaid invoices and finding out the reasons
- Cash collection activities
- Responsibility for given portfolio of countries and client accounts (German speaking countries)
- Cooperation with local finance and sales team
Požiadavky
If you match the following requirements, we will be glad to consider your CV:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within any financial or customer care department in SSC
- English at C1 level is a must as you will communicate on daily basis in both written and spoken form with clients and colleagues
- German B2 level, same as English, there is active communication with customers in German speaking countries
- Ability to communicate and respond on professional level
- Analytical thinking and advanced knowledge of Excel (v/h look up, pivot tables, etc.)
