We are looking for a payroll manager for one of our clients. If you are experienced in payroll and the responsibility of leading people is your thing, than read on. You will have the opportunity to innovate, try new methods and lead a team belonging under EMEA.
Your responsibilities:
- lead and develop your team- participation on hiring, trainings and overall development
- establish priorities for the team in order to meet set goals
- inspire and motivate the team
- be key contact for senior management and other stakeholders
Požiadavky
We will gladly consider your application if you have the following:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll
- Minimum 1 year of experience with leading a team
- Advanced English as it is a primary language of communication
- Good communication skills in German
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good analytical skills
