Náplň práce

Are you communicative person with great German language skills? Do you want to be part of international company, which is now hiring in Bratislava? Do not worry, you can work also remotely from home, from every part of Slovakia! This position is called Customer care agent and your job scope will look like that:

- Communication with the customers and clients of DYSON company
- Processing the orders, claims and various customers questions and notes
- Managing your own portfolio of German speaking clients
- Selling some products of DYSON company

Požiadavky

For this position you need to have:

- English language at B1 level and German language at C1 level
- Proclient approach
- Motivation to work in international, fast changing company and environment
