As a part of our client's company, you will be responsible for:

- communication with clients on a daily basis (both phone and e-mail)
- advising them on growing and promoting their business online
- helping them solve their questions and inquiries regarding technical, operational or other issues
- communication with technical, business and marketing teams worldwide and contribute to platform changes

Požiadavky

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:

- English and Chinese language on advanced level (C1)
- Previous experience in project management, e-commerce, B2B communication
- Excel skills - V/H lookup, pivot tables
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
